Welcome to Black Cats & Butterflies! Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with the best possible experience when purchasing our unique handmade clothing and accessories. We take great care in packaging your items, using biodegradable packaging solutions and we offer standard shipping around the UK via 24 hour Tracked by Royal Mail. Our aim is to get all order out within 3-5 working days, however because some of our products are hand made to order, this may be slightly longer and will always be communicated to you if this is the case. Our aim is to build trust and ensure that you remain a loyal customer.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to shop with confidence at Black Cats & Butterflies. Our return and exchange policy is straightforward and aims to provide you with peace of mind when making a purchase. If, for any reason, you have changed your mind about a product or are dissatisfied with your purchase, please get in touch within 30 days of the purchase and we will arrange either a refund or exchange, where possible. However, please note that because many of our items are made in small batches or to order, it may not always be possible to exchange, in these circumstances we will provide a full refund.
